The facilities DSD is very diligent and thorough in her work. In my opinion, this is hands down the best-run skilled nursing facility that I have ever visited. Great job, Mrs. Zamora.

It's always a good visit because I'm going to see my mother, But I suggest you put in a congestion box for suggestions to make changes and I think the people that are new they should wear a tag so I know they're new so I don't have to to them out. And I'd like you to hire me as a nurse cop so I could put away the people that don't give a crap about their patients sometimes I don't understand why you have some of them nurses there cuz they don't have no compassion at all you cannot hire people that do not have compassion.
