Gil-Mor Manor Nursing Home

Gil-Mor Manor is a 35-bed skilled nursing facility in Morgan, Minnesota, offering 24-hour skilled nursing services to meet the diverse needs of its residents. The community also operates Gil-Mor Haven, a 16-unit assisted living apartment complex attached to the main facility, which became a licensed assisted living provider in 2021.

The facility provides comprehensive medical services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy delivered daily in-house through a partnership with Aegis Therapy. On-site physician services are available through the Kraus Community Medical Clinic in collaboration with Sleepy Eye Medical Center. Additional services include podiatry, hearing aid services, wound care nursing, an on-site beauty shop, and religious services.

Gil-Mor Manor contracts with several area hospice agencies to provide comprehensive care for residents in the end stages of life. The community partners with Lutheran Social Services to offer nutritious meals on wheels to the Morgan community.

Founded in 1961, Gil-Mor Manor has served the Morgan area for over 50 years. The facility expanded with the construction of Gil-Mor Haven Housing with Services apartments, with the first ten units completed in 2010 and six additional units in 2016. The community emphasizes that residents are at the center of its care plan team and the foundation of its individualized quality care approach.
