I cannot thank this team enough for the grace that they provided to our family during the last days with our mom. These ladies were so kind rapidly responding to all needs. I’m so thankful for their genuine dedication to their job and also for the love of nursing, this glowed from each of your staff members. Mychelle was quick to respond in order to initiate services. She came with open arms and comfort proving ways to allow our family to face upcoming days. Kim and Lisa stood diligently at bedside assisting with all needs focusing on my mom‘s comfort. They made arrangement for changes to better serve her even in the wee hours of the morning. Mallory also was present to assist with caring for our mother‘s personal needs as she was so gracious treating our mother with total respect. We are so thankful for each of you showing your love and dedication and such a vital role during this difficult time. God places people in our path every day that can make an impact. I truly believe each one of you ladies were sent our way in order to help comfort us through difficult times. You each illuminate high standards for care, showed graciousness at bedside, provided direction to family members. We are so thankful for each of you.!! My family and I would like to extend our greatest appreciation to Gentiva Hospice team in the care of my grandfather in his last days. Michelle Taylor couldn’t have done a better job at handling All of our needs from start to finish, answering any questions or concerns we had and just being that first initial contact that made our decision easy and comfortable with choosing this company and might I add, the great nurses whom helped with his comfort needs along the way. We were very pleased with the services and would recommend you all to anyone that maybe needing this same care. Thank you Gentiva for providing Excellent care.
