A very dear friend of mine, mother stayes in this facility and to say that her care is horrific is a drastic understatement . On several occasions, we have come to visit to find his mother sitting in the dark alone , not fed , filthy. She has dementia. Her adult diaper won't have been changed for days sometimes. We started writing the date on them just to figure out how long since she was changed. I want because it will have been days. When we confront the staff , we are met with hostility excuses and blame shifting . She's a human being . It's so infuriating . For a week her toilet was severelt
