We recently moved my mother-in-law into The Gardens at Royal Oaks, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience.

Making the decision to move a loved one into assisted living is not easy, but the staff made the entire process so much less stressful. From the very beginning, they walked us through everything step by step. They explained what we needed to do, helped us with the paperwork, answered our questions, and made sure her medications and other details were handled correctly.

I was amazed at how quickly everything came together. From the time we started the process until move-in day was less than two weeks.

One thing that really stood out to me was that they don't just take care of the residents. They take care of the families too. Every person we dealt with was kind, patient, and willing to help. We never felt like we were bothering anyone when we had questions or concerns.

The nursing staff has been wonderful, and the director stays involved and on top of things. The activities director does an incredible job. There is always something going on, but residents can participate as much or as little as they want. I love that they have choices and are not forced into activities if they would rather do something else.

The Gardens feels warm, happy, and welcoming. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the people who live there and wants them to feel comfortable and at home. We are very thankful we chose The Gardens at Royal Oaks for my mother-in-law, and I would absolutely recommend it to other families.
