I have recently been truly impressed with the positive improvements at Gallaway Health and Rehab. My brother has been a Gallaway resident for 20+ years, and there have most certainly been many ups and downs during these years. The facility has now been under managerial/operational control of Eminence since February 2026 and real improvement has begun. I can see and feel a positive change in the atmosphere, leadership, communication, and overall care being provided. The staff has worked incredibly hard during this time of transition, and it shows. The administrator, nurses and CNAs, therapy staff, housekeeping, admissions, maintenance, business office, HR, dietary staff, and social services all deserve recognition for their dedication. Residents are treated with kindness and respect, and families can see the effort being made to improve daily operations and quality of care. Is it perfect? No, because nothing ever is, but I really feel Gallaway is now on the road to becoming better than ever! I have no doubt that my next review will be 5 stars! Special appreciation to the administrator, Lorenzo Dorse, and the DON, Denver Broady, for bringing renewed energy, accountability, and support to the facility. It is encouraging to see professional teamwork and a genuine commitment to making Gallaway a better place for residents, families, and employees alike. Thank you to everyone at Gallaway for the hard work and continued improvements. Gallaway is my home away from home as I spend time with my brother there every day. I couldn’t ask for a better place for him because it truly feels like a family. Keep up the great work! The best is yet to come. If you are looking for a caring place for your loved one, come to visit Gallaway. I think you will be very pleasantly surprised.
