I have a family member brother whom we were so blessed to get get him moved to Friendship haven after 3 other nursing homes. He has had and still does many health issues. Their was one insident where his life was saved by one of the nurses who took quick measures to have him take to local hospital for ER .<br>He was in life and death situation. For a short period of time he was on hospice. He did recover with the help of the staff for some long term special restricted dietary issues. Under the direction and Leadership of Brent Walsh, in the last 2 years, Friendship Haven has made many changes, always to improve<br>the facility and the care of Patients. He reports every week to what is happening in many aspects of F. H. to meet the highest standards, of a place many call home. His director of nursing,<br>has helped my brother, with any issues brought to her attention. I am happy to report that my brother says to me almost everyday now everything is fine. He is very appreciative<br>and grateful to be in F. H. They have wonderful activities programs, and Therapy. They are also very prepared and report on many of the challenging issues that may arise from Natural Disasters.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Irene Gomez, CNA, at Friendship Haven. From the very beginning, she has treated our mom, Linda Myers, with incredible compassion, kindness, dignity, and respect. Knowing our mom is in Irene’s care has given our entire family such peace of mind.<br><br>Whenever our mom presses her call button, Irene responds with patience and genuine concern, always making sure she is safe and never rushing her. She consistently follows excellent safety practices and takes every precaution to ensure our mom’s well-being.<br><br>As a family, we have had the opportunity to observe Irene firsthand, and her dedication is truly exceptional. She is attentive, compassionate, and goes above and beyond to make our mom feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. It’s obvious that she doesn’t just do her job—she genuinely cares about the people she serves.<br><br>Thank you, Irene, for the outstanding care you’ve given our mom. Your kindness, professionalism, and heartfelt compassion have meant more to our family than words can express. Friendship Haven is truly fortunate to have someone as dedicated and caring as you.

I have to give 5 stars to Friendship Haven. I can’t thank the 600th hallway nurses enough, along with Jody, Angela, & Nathan. You guys are so much appreciated!! Thank you for caring for my husband during his 8 months stay before slipping into the arms of Jesus on July 7th. Your support means so much to me and my family. Nathan maybe have been a tough cookie, but y’all were always there. Y’all will forever be in my heart. Oooh, and to Nathan two favorite staff members y’all don’t how much you mean to us.

I want to say how amazing Jennifer and Annie are with all the residents! These gals are in charge of the activities. Every time I visit I am welcomed with big smiles and appreciation! The residents never look bored! They are happy. They are well hydrated. They have lots of snacks! It is our pleasure to help out with some additional fun!<br>Allegiance Home Health and Hospice!

My wife has been in there for four nights. Day before yesterday I came in at one in the afternoon she was laying in the bed in the middle of the bed was a pile of her own feces and urine and she had been there for quite some time. I cussed out one person and then another and a nurse came in and helped me clean up the bed and she had to remake the bed and I asked her would she like her mother to be laying in that feces and urine in that bed and she apologized and said no. I asked her I said, do you call this care and she didn't say anything. She did get an aid to help clean up my wife and change the bed linens but I would never ever let my wife come back here. I'll be taking her out day after tomorrow and either taking her home or to a better facility than this. This place is a dump and the people at the front desk are generally a little rude even though some of the nurses are nice.
