FreedomCare gives me the opportunity to be there to care for my Mom's daily while earning a paycheck. Any time I have had to call they listen carefully, are friendly, patient and understanding. I have had nothing but positive interactions with them. I am very happy with the experience. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend Freedom Care! Avoid this agency with urgency. I was snail mailed a paper check even though I provided direct deposit information. Myself and client called and spoke to a representative to change the schedule for the next day and the following morning the rep didn't update anything prompting a call asking why the shift hadn't been clocked in. My son is my care taker can't ask for better than that. Without freedom care it wouldn't be possible. They treat him well as an employee. It's only been a little over a month, still very satisfied with my choice of freedom care. Would definitely recommend to other people.

Too little help and because they see something setting out in your place they think you can use it. So they no give you enough hours of help. So no I'm not happy thinking about quitting the service.

Initial approval is time consuming and brought a great peace of mind for the dedication and legimacy. I have been directly employed by them to provide care for a loved one for 4 months. We are both very impressed and have loved the experience.
