I called in on Thursday for an appointment on Friday and was told they were not taking appointments for Friday that it was walk in from 9 to noon. I drove 30 minutes in to be seen and was told that they didn't have any more appointments for the day. I explained that I had a conversation with someone and they said I could go to the emergency room. I am very sad that they cannot get themselves organized and that they don't care for patients.

Pros and cons I went into er due major back pain and they helped me right away. They did xrays and gave me options and then said fallow up with your doc for further care. The clinic was great as they called me and scheduled me say day to be seen by my doctor and go over and get mri etc. were friendly and trying help with severe pain I have. Id use them again. Its nice its a smaller building so not as stressful / crazy and parking ok. compared to other hospitals. But being small can also make it hard for getting seen as fast but they were nice and worked with me!

As a hospital no matter how small you should have several easily accessible phone numbers on your website. You have one single phone number across the entire internet that I can find and it doesn't work. Neither does your fax numbers none of the 3 that I've been given in the past are working. Really wish I could speak to someone like I am easily able to do with any other medical center.

We had a very sick girl in our family and the staff took the best care of her from start to finish. Six days in the hospital is never fun; however, the care and attentiveness provided was unbelievable. We had to visit with my father in one of the major hospitals in Salt Lake City just weeks after our experience with FCMC and all we could think was, “Thank goodness we were taken care of in Preston”. We’ve lived here for 1 year and we are switching over all of our doctors and medical services to the FCMC teams.
