Wow! I recently was able to tour All Seasons and meet the team. After 20+ years in Assisted Living and Memory Care, I was so impressed with the whole team and their level of expertise. Galina is an amazing Operations Director, and she is so passionate about each resident and what is best for caring for each one. They have 4 homes and each one is equally impressive. Carmen is the Manager for the property on Golden Gate Ave and you can see knows what she is doing. This home is totally stunning...go meet Carmen and get a tour! Trust me you will be impressed! 5 stars for this company and how they are caring for seniors that live with them!
Finding All Seasons for my beautiful mother was nothing less than an answer to my prayers. I wanted my mother to feel like she was at home and not in a cold, sterile facility, the All Seasons home on Central Ave did that for her. The home is clean, warm, and inviting. I was able to spend time with my mother in different areas of the house, either the very comfortable living room, or the dining room table, the piano area, the peaceful backyard, or her own private room.
The staff at All Seasons are the most caring people I have ever met. Meeting with Toly to discuss the possibility of my mother moving in gave me the feeling that it was the right thing to do. He was very patient, kind, knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. From the beginning , The caregivers at All Seasons made my mother feel at home and made every effort to help her to adjust . I finally had peace of mind, that my mother was not only safe, but she was well cared for by amazing people who treated her with dignity and respect. After being there to spend time with my Mom, it was apparent that they really know all of the residents and their own unique personalities, routines and life stories. My mother was declining with Alzheimer’s, and I was left with her plan of care to be keep her safe and try to make all of her moments happy ones. All of the caregivers did this for her. When things got challenging with my mother, Toly, Galina and Alma communicated with me often, and assured me that they were “partners” with me in providing the best care and life for my sweet Momma. Hearing these words from them felt like a warm, supportive hug that I didn’t even know I needed. They really do go that extra mile.
The activities they provide offer the residents light exercise and fun. Everyone’s birthday is celebrated and they make every holiday festive. They make every effort to know each residents likes and dislikes in food and offer home cooked nutritious meals and frequent snacks. They closely monitor to ensure safety at mealtimes, and always offer desserts and sweets, which my momma loved.
I came to see my mother one day and found her sitting with Alma (house manager), singing old Bible hymns together. Alma found a tv channel that played piano and put the words on the screen, with a beautiful nature background. My mother loved singing these songs, and we spent a lot of time singing together, and when I couldn’t be there, I knew Alma was singing with her.
All Seasons was a Godsend to me and my momma, and I will always be grateful to them for giving my mother not only exceptional care, but also the respect and love that every human deserves. Thank you Toly, Galina, Alma, Anna, Carmen, Aina, Mariya, and all of the amazing caregivers of All Seasons for what you do, bless you all
We move our parent here after care level dropped off at another provider. The difference in care was immediately apparent. Recommendation for her care and comfort provided, were not provided by others.
Communication on her care is plentiful via text and other avenues.
Staff is trained differently where resident safety is paramount and attention care is outstanding.
Parent has dementia and there is great insight and information for us all to interact better.
We could not have asked for more from All Seasons for my father. They were highly recommended to me by Senior Care Solutions, and I was grateful to find it. The owners and staff were kind, caring, attentive, knowledgable, and kept in good communication with me as well. They were patient, gracious, helpful and responsive to everyone. It felt as much like a home as it possibly could have, and not like a facility, yet they were able to give the care needed. I have recommended All Seasons to friends in need of something similar for their parent. They were a wonderful combination of professional and personal. It always seemed like they cared, which was a gift. I will always be grateful that my dad got to be in a loving place for his final weeks, which were not easy for any of us.
