Such a lovely valuable resource to Forest Grove. Along w/ all the activities & events mentioned. They maintain a donate/ borrow/ use as needed, Medical supply shed. I've gotten Walkers, crutches, wheelchair, bathchair, grab bars all at no charge. They ask that when you are done using the item to please donate it back to the senior center. I live in a senior community & have been able to help several of my neighbors. So much better than a " goodwill" donation

I go there for lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays, lunches are put on by Meals on Wheels. It's usually pretty good and the staff is very nice. Afterwards we play games,and on Thursdays the food bank people come with donations.

Wonderful place. We moved here from Redwood City. Calif. 25 miles south of San Francisco. Area got more expensive. Got info about Forest Grove Senior Center, from our daughter, who lives about 5 minutes away with her family. Love this place. Everyone and establishment are wonderful. This city and the area is beautiful. I’m an artist and the sights are such an impressive change from the SFO area. Love living here with my wife Nancy. Who has tolerated me for 53 years, and our guard dog Manta, ( Latvian for Toy ) a blazing 5 lbs of Canine Fury. Everything around is so green, a great change from the concrete colors of Calif. We are now here for a year and have not met any unhappy folks. The residents and staff here are a pleasure to interact with. Life is good!

This was my first visit to the Forest Grove Senior & Community Center. I was there for a memorial service for the father of my best friend growing up. I was really impressed with the design and function of this center. The room accommodated over a hundred people who were there for the memorial service. There was live music during the service and the acoustics of the large room were pretty good. Good clean restrooms were easy to find. This is is great place to hold a meeting or event like the one I attended. Forest Grove has a great asset to the community by making this place available to many different groups.
