Don't place your loved ones at Fonda Care. My father-in-law moved moved there late 2023 for a year before passing. We visited 2-3 times a month, he was not clean. Poop on his jeans, crusted food on his shirt. The next day he was wearing the same clothes and NO they had not been washed. Multiple falls, no notification to our family. Not a good surprise to show up and find him in pain and bruised. It took 4 days of requests to get a specimen when he had UTI, he was septic due to a lack of care! Admin during fall 2024 was useless! Didn't return calls. When we requested to see her in person she was unavailable. We went to clean out his room morning after he passed. The $60 he had in his billfold the week before was missing along w new shoes and several gifts from the kids and grandkids. There are very limited activities available for residents, nothing to mentally or emotionally stimulate them daily. Good luck finding a place to sit when you visit!!!!
