We are so fortunate to have Focused Care in Hamilton.<br>Everyone has been so helpful, courteous, kind, and loving to the residents as well as the families. The residents are cared for and are so happy with all the activities, field trips, treats, and friendships they get to enjoy each day.<br>The bus transportation has greatly helped with outside appointments. All aspects-from the caring nursing staff, physical therapy, meals and dining, personal care, cleaning and maintenance , social activities, and administration give their hearts to the residents. I am so grateful for the care and safety that is provided 24-7.

Focus Care at Hamilton is a home away from home. With the friendly staff and other residents always welcoming. The building is nestled on a large property but the building has a homey feeling. The upper management exceeds all others. Always willing to assist you or your family with anything they can. The knowledgeable nursing staff keeps you and your family in the know when it comes to your health. The CNAs are a in a league of their own when it comes to excellence in giving care. They care about your family like their own. They are there when you can’t be to give you the piece of mind, knowing your loved one is always taken care of!

I can not say enough good things about Focused Care. My dad spent 6 months there recently and I was impressed by the quality of care. It seamed EVERYONE from the front office to the housekeeping staff knew my dad and his situation. Every staff member took time to talk and visit when they were in his room. It was a tough time for the family but it would have been much worse if it were not for the wonderful care that Focused Care provided. I highly recommend them.
