Our family has been working incredibly hard trying to arrange in-home care for my dad, and during that process we had the privilege of connecting with Brian at FirstLight. I cannot say enough good things about the way he treated our family.<br><br>Brian went far above and beyond to try to help us navigate the insurance process. He spent a significant amount of time advocating, making calls, and trying to help us figure out a way to make it work. The truth is—he didn’t have to do any of that. Many business owners would have simply left us to figure it out on our own. But that’s not the kind of person Brian is.<br><br>It was very clear to us that his heart is truly in serving families. His kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to us during a stressful time.<br><br>Unfortunately, because of insurance limitations we aren’t able to use their services regularly right now, but we absolutely plan to use FirstLight out-of-pocket whenever we can.
