Lisa was a life saver after my total knee replacement surgery. The first agency was a no show when I went home from the hospital so I lost a week of therapy. Lisa stepped in and brought me up to speed. She knows her stuff and is so so nice but tough. I could never thank her enough!

In the past year I have used Firstat Home Health Services. I was assigned Nurse Sandy initially, but had requested her for my following surgeries. Sandy is a kind and compassionate professional. She was always prompt, has great communication skills and Sandy's calming presence was a tremendous gift during a difficult journey. I would definitely recommend Firstat. They were helpful with coordinating my care and working with my providers throughout my recovery. And I cannot recommend a better nurse than Sandy. I am so grateful for the outstanding care provided by Firstat, and am so grateful that they have such dedicated professionals in their employ like Nurse Sandy.

My friends are amazed at my<br>recovery time from a very painfull right knee replacement.<br>I owe my sucess to the professional, dedication I received from Lorraine Sonek.<br>I was so fortunate the day she<br>came into my home. I developed other problems<br>Lorraine immediately address<br>with my primary care doctor..<br>the issue was much more serious than I took it for granted for and Lorraine very carefully advise me without panicking me that I needed to see my doctor's right away while keeping the situation in complete control herself. How ever she never let down on her first mission here and that was to get me to exercise and get this knee in good motion so that I can go on with my life.<br>I am 82 by the way, and Lorraine never let that get in the way of my progress.<br>I thank you again Lorraine you truly were an inspiration for my speedy recovery. I so appreciated your friendly smile. it showed how warm your heart was and how truly concerned you were for me. You are a credit to your profession and to Firstat Home Health Service.

I have been a patient for many years and I have always had great experiences with all of the nurses I have had; Sandy, Nona, and Leslie. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews, this company is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely caring. Leslie will be greatly missed too! Especially by my dog, she always gave him lots of treats and love! 🥰

Had skin cancer surgery, treatment, physical therapy exercises. In home care RN went "above & beyond". Sandy would text me day she would arrive to let time she would be here. Always very professional and caring. Showed me how to do my daily medical care. When I had appointment for my care she would work with me to work around my schedule. After my surgery she meant me at my buddies house since I had to spend the night to be observed. Sandy is a very kind, caring person, RN.
