They wasted our time with silly procedures, but then didn't follow up on our request for an experienced caregiver, and sent us a totally inexperienced person who was going to start training in a few weeks. On top of it, she failed to show up for one of her shifts, I believe because her supervisor didn't communicate with her on time. And then they wanted to send her again, despite all the mess. This is a totally unprofessional place that should not be involved with the caregiving of elderly people. I wouldn't trust them to care for a pet.
