First Choice is a type of company that goes above and beyond to find what you need. My case manager destiny she goes out of her way to help others find what they need. They have polite Caregivers that know what to do.they are Curtis kind and friendly people. Im talking through experience i have first Choice as my caregiver needs thanks for everything.

Caregiver actively helps out with making sure my state of living is better, making sure my wellbeing is prioritized, including special attention to my interests for organization and making a move to a new home much easier with listening to needs as they were presented.

I've had a wonderful team, miss Katelyn has done a superb job on finding me good caregivers to help me with my problems. Each person that I've had has done a really good work with me.

I have read the other reviews and I just havent had those experiences at all. My mother has been giving great care and assistance. While bed bound, she still appreciates the help with changes, bathing, and household chores. Another thing the other reviews have pointed out is some lack dependability apparently? When someone hasn't been able to make it we have been given ample notice. Weeks in advance even. That might just be whi we have been given, but they have ALL been GREAT. The coordinator who came to our home before assigning anyone was awesome too. (Thanks Destiny!) We have an awkward split shift requirement due to our work schedules snd we have been fully accommodated. The two people who have come into our home have been fully respectful and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to a friend or family member.

This place is a joke. The caregivers always call out, and the office will take forever to reach back to you. They'll never have a sub caregiver ready for you either. My dad has to deal with this all the time, his life is hard enough as is. I heard from the good caregivers that work for him say that management is in shambles right now. Lack of communication to the workers, and lack of communication to the consumers. Do not use there services unless you want to be toyed with the whole time.
