showed up to visit my mom, she was wandering the halls unattended, no staff, no assistive devices even though she is a fall risk and has dementia. ended up signing her out my mom AMA, charge nurse was very rude when i finally tracked him down

I already completed a review. Plus I'm a patient here. I will just do a quick one. Make sure you make an appointment. This is all something new I hadn't heard of it before that they're offering this.<br>They have some good P.T. & RNA's and supervisors. There is one physical therapist that is very good with the patients and his name is, Carlos. 🤩🌟

Horrible place ! They would hit my dad. Gerardo would hit my dad while others would hold him down. They made him believe he was from another planet. Glad I got him out of there. I will be calling ombudsman on them.
