Dr. Blaser and the surgical team were incredible when my husband had a lump removed a few days ago. We were well taken care of by reception, the first nurse named Mark, the second nurse (we forgot her name) and the anesthesiologist. They were all absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Dr. Blaser has excellent bedside manner, he is friendly, laid back, highly knowledgeable.and did a great job on the incision, which will barely be noticable when healed. We are completely satisfied and are grateful for everyone's care. People generally do reviews because they are upset with their experience. I think those who have had a good experience, like my husband had, should take the time to review, as well, although veryone's experience matters.

You bring someone you care about to this hospital, you might as well be killing them yourself.

Came into ER due to blinding migraine where my face went numb, on top of vomiting. Was told it was due to allergies 🤔 even tho I've never had allergy issues before and this came sudden and hard at 5am with back to back vomiting. Only the front desk lady and one nurse had amazing bedside manner. Couldn't understand the dr much, but he didnt wanna listen when I explained the issues either, claiming its "the weather". waited for discharge papers because they basically said i was fine, the lady who gave them to me had a horrible attitude wanting to be snarky and say "well you did come to the ER." And "do you just wanna sign and go?" But with such attitude....definitely dont recommend this place unless you absolutely have no choice. But I highly recommend Highland, illinois hospital! They have always been amazing with me! Great staff, drs, and they are definitely more on top of their patients and care.

Please don’t go here for any serious or life threatening medical issues. They will not help you. The doctors have serious attitude problems and don’t take anything serious and won’t do anything to help you.
