Family Resource Home Care is a wonderful company and treats both its caregivers and its clients with great respect; they are responsive, flexible, prompt, and the office staff do a great job with scheduling, training, and making good matches between clients and caregivers to make sure everyone's needs are met - which is not an easy feat! Thanks for all you do FRHC!

I started with this company around December. I have a full time caregiver that is awesome and a part time caregiver that is also great. I suffer from anxiety, asthma, COPD, memory issues and essential tremors. Today this company put me through the wringer. They changed my care schedule for Monday (today is Friday) there’s was no notice before hand. This company made me have an an anxiety attack which triggered an asthma attack then my essential tremors kicked in. I am so tired tonight from the days events. I can barely walk or use my arms (I have bad shoulders) I am all alone I know no one in Longview to help me. I have to take my dog out I have no choice. Those people in the office don’t give a damn about me, or what they put me through! Decisions will have to be made. It is hard to show new caregivers what to do. Why can’t they just leave the schedule alone They madee me cry and they hurt me Mentally and physically.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I ended up not being able to use them, but I stopped by and the front office women came out and talked to me and helped me understand my insurance and gave me resources for places to try to get help. She have me a community resource packet and highlighted transportation support for my medical needs.

So thankful for the support my grandma receives from this agency. She talks so much about how great her caregiver is and how nice the office staff is. Its great to see her active again and smiling every time I visit.

Tried to go into the office this morning to pay nearly $500 for deposit and start service. Upon walking in I see a few people in the lobby watching a video on a tv. I was told by one of them to go ahead and go into the office in the next room . I didn't see the sign on the door saying in meeting. I was promptly told by a woman rolling her eyes at me that she was in a meeting and to go to the office across the hall. I then see a in meeting sign on that door as well. I hope the caregivers in the field are more polite and helpful to the clients. Office experience will keep me from ever hiring them. I was told I could come in and get help starting service. LoL 🤣 . Wont be back.
