FRHC provided my mom with wonderful care for 2 months before we transitioned her into a memory care facility. We called on a Friday and had care set up for her the next day. When we needed to transition from 12 hour care to 24 hour care, they were able to accommodate this request immediately. The staffing team and caregivers gave us comfort and much needed assistance during a challenging time. Very responsive and flexible with all of my requests. Bottom line is that we knew my mom was safe and was being cared for which was a game changer for our family.

I recently had a full knee replacement. During my period of recuperation we decided to use FRHC. We have had four different individuals fill the 9PM to 9AM slot period. All have been very good. However, I want to signal out one individual Ms Catheriane Kamau who exceeded my expectations. It is people Ms Kamau who make getting well a little easier.

When my husband needed help bathing, Olivier provided caring, compassionate care for him. Olivier immediately established a connection with my husband that was heart warming to watch. The Bellevue staff was also very great to work with. They were extremely responsive and were able to get the help we needed quickly. I highly recommend Olivier and the rest of the staff at Family Resource Home Care in Bellevue.
