My uncle was here and had an incredible stay for rehab 18 days. Therapy was amazing, Food was great, The discharge planning was very smooth in the clinical staff truly care

Nurse Kyra P is amazing, very compassionate caring staff specially the cnas, clean and organized facility . CNA Kayisa is very helpful she works at lulu house .

This place provided extremely poor and unacceptable care. My grandmother’s bag was not changed as it should have been, and when we noticed her afterward, there was severe redness and irritation around the area where it is placed. What followed has been absolutely devastating—she is now in the hospital in serious condition, and we are beyond concerned about the level of neglect that took place here. This kind of care is not just careless, it is dangerous. Basic hygiene and attention were clearly not followed, and it has led to a very serious situation for our family. I would not trust them with anyone’s care after this experience.

What started as an amazing experience has turned into a huge letdown. In all fairness, my mom is safe and protected by certain staff members, but ever since Bremer House started losing their good employees and started adding agency staff, care, cleanliness and nutrition have went down the tubes for the residents. They can't even keep any staff that are value added. The social workers and office staff have 0 interaction with the residents, when you ask the social worker who takes care of what, you are passed around like a hot potato, if you get a response at all. Half the time the employees have their young kids with them at work, so all you hear are the staff yelling across the room at their kids. I hope Bremer House gets back to the amazing rehab/longterm facility it was a year ago. This location is great and so is the way this facility is set up. Physical therapy is great and the residents love the activities there. Just a few kinks to iron out, hopefully.
