The team from Family Care in Havasu took excellent home care of my Grandpa after he returned from the hospital. They were very kind to him and my Grandma. They took time to explain things to my Grandma so that she could assist my Grandpa when it was just the two of them. A very special thank you to: Ken Tucker OT, Nurse Vallery, Brittany PT, and Aid Rachel. Not only was your help efficient, but you helped them through a hard time and we are very grateful.
