This is my father-in-law’s second stay. We are happy with the facility. Everyone is really very nice and helpful. The nurses are not as available as I’d like, but they are assigned so many patients. The helpfulness of the rest of the staff makes up for it.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the substandard care provided to some residents. During our visit to the dining room, we witnessed a disturbing scene where a resident was unable to eat without assistance, while the CNA providing support was eating the resident's meal. This behavior is unacceptable and demonstrates a clear lack of empathy and care. I request that you take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that residents receive the care and support they deserve.

The facility is beautiful and clean. Some of the staff is not very patient with the older people in the facility. The lady that gives the patients their medications is rude and not patient.
