The staff was so attentive and caring to my grandmother. You can tell they really care about their residents. During her stay the entire staff treated her with dignity and respect. Facility was very clean. While there’s nothing like a home cooked meal the food met our standards and was pleasurable. Would definitely recommend

Family member was admitted to this facility. Nine days later the social worker finally reached out to the family. She sounded overworked, underpaid, and not invested in the patients. Facility was clean, for the most part. Patients shared rooms. Most were in wheelchairs or immobile and most stayed in their rooms. Some played Bingo, went to events in the rec room or wandered the halls. Food was unacceptable. Overcooked, over fried, and not pleasantly appealing. The amount of food that was thrown away could have fed third world countries. Management needs to review their food budget and preparation standards. While we appreciate the "therapy" that was received, we would not recommend a second stay. Sadly this is how we treat our elderly these days.

My husband was there for rehab for 5 days. Everyone was absolutely wonderful! Very caring and listened to what we said. Food was good. Housekeeping was friendly. All the nurses and doctors and PT & OT were awesome! The facility was clean with no odor! Wonderful experience!

My father was a patient there in subacute rehab. He came there after a hospitalization that left him unresponsive, bedbound, and unable to eat. I was told that he had weeks to months to live. After a 100-day stay at Fairmont Crossing, my dad is now speaking, eating, and able to walk with a walker. I credit the caring, compassionate and highly competent staff with his significant improvement.
