Fairhaven Corporation

Fairhaven Corporation is a senior living community in Whitewater, Wisconsin, offering independent living in duplex ranch homes and senior apartments, assisted living, and memory care for residents with cognitive impairment.

The community is located blocks from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, enabling intergenerational programming that connects residents and students through intellectual, spiritual, social, and athletic activities. Residents attend university athletic events, participate in bingo at the University Center, visit the Children's Center for reading programs, and join drawing classes and other shared experiences on both the Fairhaven campus and the university grounds.

Duplex ranch homes are available for adults 55 and over and include lifetime interior and exterior management, health and wellness services, and access to a newly opened Community Center. Multiple one and two bedroom senior apartments are also available.

The assisted living area underwent renovation this year. For residents with memory impairment, the community emphasizes emotional care, purpose, and daily engagement to help residents feel loved and connected as their memories fade.
