The staff at this place are unqualified and do not care about the residents. This place is pathetic. The administrator will not answer her phone and the social worker is so unprofessional and lazy. Do not put your loved one here. There are numerous violations from the Dept. of Inspections, Appeals & Licensing. The staff do not welcome questions from family members about loved ones care. What are they hiding?

Don't put your loved one here! Always short staffed and a lot of horrible nurses with an administrator who doesn't do anything!
