My mother and father-in-law lived here for over five years, and during that time their needs changed from assisted living to memory care and, ultimately, hospice care(in conjunction with the wonderful staff at Brighton). Through every stage, the staff was truly wonderful.
What stands out most to our family is the kindness, compassion, and dignity with which they were treated. The staff didn’t simply provide care. They got to know them, looked out for them, and treated them like people who mattered. As their needs became greater, we always felt they were surrounded by people who genuinely cared about their comfort and well-being.
The transition through assisted living, memory care, and hospice is not an easy journey for a family, but having such caring people alongside us made an incredibly difficult time easier. We will always be grateful for the patience, kindness, and support shown not only to my mother- and father-in-law, but to our entire family.
After five years, you get to know a facility and its people very well, and I can wholeheartedly say that the staff here made a lasting difference in our family's lives. We are deeply thankful for the care they received and for everyone who was there for them along the way.
