I had a very nice first experience with EverHome Health care. I am 78 years old, and just starting my journey with rheumatoid arthritis. My husband and I want to be able to continue to take care of each other and stay in our home. We know we will need support and EverHome was my first "test". I struggle with walking and many tasks that will challenge me as time marches on. I called and scheduled a visit to trim my toe nails. It went very well. I was comfortable having them in my home and they were very accommodating . I will have them back as our needs progress and would recommend anyone needing some support to give them a call to consider developing support needs and costs. I have some peace of mind about our future with Everhome.

I can't say enough good things about this company! We contacted the company over a holiday when my mom's surgery didn't go as smoothly as planned. Jodell became my superwoman and guardian angel! She went above and beyond over the holiday to help us figure out all our options (even those outside of Everhome!). She also kept in contact throughout our period of care, so I really felt there was someone there to help and support us if anything came up. My mom really liked all her care givers. There were a few in particular she REALLY bonded with and still talks about. A special thank you to Challah for making sure she got to spend as much time as possible with them! My mother will need another surgery in a few months and we will be calling Everhome again!

My overall experience with Everhome is pretty decent. Naudia and Jodelle are two of the employees that I happen to come in contact with; they were transparent for the most part. Chala is the main man that I dealt with when it came to adjusting my preferences. The client I was assigned to work with was not a great match; and I felt like giving up multiple times. Every time I contacted him he was always willing to lend a hand and give me advice. He is the reason to how I stayed with not the client only but the agency itself. Thank you Chala for your hard work and dedication to not only the caregivers but to your clients as well. You are greatly appreciated. Everhome should be very proud to have you as their employee.

I needed someone to watch me for one night after having foot surgery. EverHome was very responsive to my questions and quickly set me up with an aide. Rahel was the best, so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed our conversation. She was also very flexible about the difficult parking situation in my neighborhood. Highly recommend EverHome if you’re looking for one-time help or continuing care.

I am shocked at the negative reviews I have seen about CHC services. They kept my Dad in his home with 24-hour care for two years. In that time I got to know them intimately. My Dad was a neurologist with Parkinson's disease. He trusted the clinical managing nurse implicitly. He loved his devoted aide. I loved them, too. As an adult child living across the country from my Dad, Laura Clark helped me through all the clinical decisions that needed to be made, most especially the end-of-life decisions that I had trouble with being so close to him. I myself am a PA, Physician Assistant. I am indebted to her and to my Dad's aide Va for the rest of my days, as are my siblings.
