Both of my parents are there and they have been very well cared for. The staff is wonderful.

Saying I'm disappointed in the care my grandma received here for hospice would be putting it nicely. Moved to tears and infuriated might be better. Staff is rude and lacks compassion. Further, staff does not listen to family regarding care. My grandma fell off the bed and seriously injured herself. We warned them she was agitated and was trying to get up, even with the little strength she has left, and we even told them we wanted rails on the bed. They didn't do it. And sure enough she fell. Even after that they didn't get a mat to put on the floor for protection until well after the fact. What kind of care is this? Options are limited in this area, but if you have an option to have your loved one go to another place, TAKE IT AND STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE.
