Hey I'm gonna say that Jennifer hasn't been very good to me at all. She keeps on telling ppl that I'm sitting in feces and it's not true. My lady does take care of me.

All the nurses and aides have been wonderful and informative. They keep up-to-date on everything associated with the care my friends dad needs. For home health care needs, they are fabulous!

I am on Home Health for wound on foot. Have been seeing nurse for wound care 3x a week unless I had doctor appointment on Friday. Had a doctor's appointment last Friday. Nurse came by Monday to do wound care. Wednesday morning I called the off because I had not heard when a nurse would be at the house. I was tol that there was no order but would get touch with the nurse I saw Monday and another nurse. Never heard anything else. So I called this morning. I was told that there would be a reassessment on May 27 but that I would be having wound care in the meantime. Still haven't heard from a nurse about tomorrow. The wound care I have gotten has been good but the lack of communication as far as how often or whatever else as been lacking.

This is by far the worst service ever. My mother in law was dying we called and called they did not show up till after she passed in our arms. We were told they would be just a phone call away we were not alone. The nurse finally arrives and sits in her car my daughter runs out to get her. She comes in and basically calls the funeral home to come. She tells us she will call to have the medical equipment picked up so we didn’t have to stare at it. Well I called them 3 hours later she never called them. The medical equipment is still staring at us. This is so sad and I do not want to see anyone else have this problem. When your loved one is dying get a professional hospice company not this one. No one deserves this.
