To the Wonderful Team at Enhabit Home Health, I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible care and support you have provided to my wife. When we started this journey, finding the drive to keep pushing forward was a real challenge for her. Your team didn’t just provide medical care; you brought an infectious energy, patience, and genuine kindness that completely turned things around. Thank you for going above and beyond, and for treating her not just as a patient, but with the true care and respect she deserves. You all are absolute angels. With sincere thanks, John Montgomery

My father was sent home from the hospital and a IV was put in. We were told if we had issues to contact Enhabit. Blood was leaking & we called Brandi with Enhabit and she stated that they do not service IVs. I called the hospital & was told they had asked if Enhabit serviced IVs & Enhabit said yes. I called back Enhabit & Brandi the operations manager stated that they do not service them. I called the company that did the install & was told that Enhabit was supposed to be servicing the IV. I called Brandi again & was told to send him to the ER. Naturally, the hospital ER was shocked that Enhabit had refused to service the IV. Since we reported Brandi to the Dallas HQ office, we have had several issues. Someone brook into Dad's house, we notify Enhabit and went to take care of the issue. He ended back in the hospital & we notified Enhabit on admission & release. His doctor referred him back to Enhabit upon that release. Brandi told the doctors office that they were not accepting Dad back for "noncompliance ". Brandi state we had just taken off to Arkansas. 1. We never went to Arkansas 2. We notified Enhabit of the break-in to his house prior to going. I could not recommend this agency due to Brandi but their physical therapist are good. They lost a customer of three plus years.

If you’re looking for hospice care this is the company you need to choose. Everyone from the office staff, social worker, Chaplin , nurses and the director…nothing less than amazing. They will make sure not only the patients but the family is well supported, comfortable and taken care of. They are Johnny on the spot and available 24/7 with any problems or concerns you may have. They will welcome you to their family with opened hands. If I could give them 100 stars I promise I would.

There are not enough stars in the world to express how highly I rate Enhabit out of Temple, Tx. Teresa and her team are 1st class! They are compassionate, attentive, and hang in there with you every step of your journey with your loved one. I have story after story of how they went above and beyond for my mother. We are an hour away from Temple, and they hurried to us when we needed them every time. Never once did they complain. When my mom died, they stood at attention on the curb in her honor until they took her away. I will forever be grateful to them and would recommend them highly!
