UPDATE 3/20/2025 Mom is 92, in Heflin, AL, and after a fall, then weeks in rehab, she came home with Enhabit home health. Everyone that comes to her home are excellent: speech therapy, physical therapy, nurses, the bath aid. She loves them and has made excellent progress with their care. They provide more than just professional care. They listen, talk to her, always respectful and caring! The team that serves the Heflin, AL area are the best! Physical Therapist Adam does an amazing job with my 90 yr old mom. He is gentle, kind and takes the time to help her move her arthritic joints. I’ve been very impressed with his professionalism and work ethic.

I have used enhabit many times and have always recommended them to others but that's not the case anymore. Usually they take care of their patients and meet their needs but I asked for something very simple and I was denied. Before it would have been no problem and last time it took them less than 72 hours, so unfortunately I will not be using enhabit again hopefully they can get the problem fixed and it's not in nursing, therapy but with social services.
