This agency is the worst. They sent a couple rude and unprofessional aides. The last one yanked my sink off the wall. When I made a complaint, the aide called me to yell at me, while the agency preyed on my being physically disabled (thinking that I’m mentally disabled also) and asked me if I had a camera in the bathroom to prove the aide did it. Given that I live alone, they knew very well that I myself couldn’t have done it. But since they didn’t want to cover the cost of the damage to my beautiful bathroom, they opted to take advantage of me as a physically disabled person. Shameful.

The Recruiter JJ was very helpful and helped me all the way till I started my case. She reached out to me to make sure I got the paid the coordinators made sure I was able to get cases. I love this company and they stand for all they do for the clients and the aides! Number one agency so far! I’ve been an aide for 10 years and I was never treated so well with any other company!

Everyone is so nice. I was shopping around for home care services for my mom. Citadel was so helpful and guided me through the whole process. I did not know where to begin or who to trust. With their help I was able to get my mom services and she loves her aide.

I have to write this review because all I have received from Citadel associates is AMAZING assistance! We started with them in February after being lost in the system of getting an agency that accepts my mother in laws insurance. They walked us through the process which was seemless to my family. Citadel associates are professional, courteous, and caring for their aids and patients. The staff goes above and beyond the call of duty! One associate went as far as delivering the supply the aid needed when she was on her way home to her family(that is caring, we need more of people to be like her! Thank you Inna) ! THANK YOU CITADEL!
