I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Lisa Marie, and she brings a wonderful blend of experience, warmth, and care when she interacts with her patients as well as the medical staff she collaborates with. I would recommend their services.

The home health services were convenient, but the quality of care felt inconsistent. The nurse did not fully assess the pt or take thorough photos, and often had to ask more than once for certain aspects of care. The therapists were also not as attentive as expected. I did hear that the company is going out of business, so that could explain the lack of consistency, but overall the experience did not meet my expectations. Don’t recommend

I have to say I am extremely grateful to the staff at Emerald Triune Home Health. In my time of need after Colon Surgery they sent over two very nice nurses. First, Kristine came over. She helped me try to instruct my daughter on how to change the dressing. My daughter was prettified, thinking I was this doll that would break. Then reality set in as to knowing this may be her job something may have to do. Then comes in Joana. She is this adorable, yet feisty individual that you can’t help but love. She is the most precious woman I have known. Her smile carries for miles and we all need that so much. She walked me step by step as to changing dressing and what to to look out for . I will truly miss Joana. She is a fabulous person and I consider her my friend. I will commend you on your choices of employees . Extremely efficient and extremely special.

I am so grateful for the staff at Emerald Triune. My husband needed care after his heart surgery and the nurses and therapy staff were so kind and caring. I really feel like they went above and beyond for my husband.
