The staff at Emerald Nursing Home and Rehabilitation are very helpful and supportive. I was a patient there in 2025. The social services staff Paula and Leo are wonderful and caring. They work very hard to make sure the patient and their family are provided with what they need. The staff that works in the rehab department are so caring and they take time with the patient by working with them and focus on their needs. The team that worked with me was Lori, Yoni, Jean, and Clevert. Nurse Natalie was so sweet and kind. The PCA Nicelene was just as nice as her name. Doctors Alexander Fong and Jason Leader were nice and listened to my concerns about my progress. I would recommend family and friends to this facility.

I would definitely recommend Emerald Nursing Home to anyone looking for a good place for their loved one. The staff there really care and make you feel comfortable from the start. Tracey was always so helpful and kind whenever we needed anything or had questions. Leo was attentive, patient, and always made sure everyone was okay. Paula has such a caring personality and always brought positive energy whenever she was around. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and treat them with respect. The environment is clean, welcoming, and feels more personal than a lot of other places. Having people like Tracey, Leo, and Paula there really makes a difference.

Hello, I’m here to give a 5 star to the social service team Ms.Tracey, Ms.Paula, and Leo. They are always providing effective communication, very professional, and respectful. They do their very best to meet patients and family needs, and I now it’s not an easy task but they get the job done. I appreciate them for that because I’m a nurse myself and working in healthcare is not easy and during that time I was there for my aunt I trusted them, and they made the process smooth. Thank you so much to the social service team yall are the best, and need be rewarded for exceptional team work, and support.
