Terrible Hospital, Still never had a resolution to any complaints or to false charges on my bill. The billing to my insurance was fraudulent at best citing medicines I never received and tests I denied that they claim were ran anyway. Been on a payment plan for the remining amount owed and was sent to collections anyway. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL

There staff was unprofessional starring with when you cone i s signed up my illness of not breathing and chest pains should of came 1st by their level chart in er department. I was there from 330pm til almost 10am I will never come back nor refer anyone to go there. Go to Augusta or statesboro hspt. My nurse was absolutely great and so was the other one. My primary Dr said he gave me wrong antibiotics and should of done cat scan before the xray. Bec5of my asthma flared up. And no xray is app percent accurate like a cat scan. I have health insurance and I was treated like all patients who had none because this hospital a community one. Everything that dr said to me was wrong and unprofessional

Dr. Nicholas Herga is a great ER doctor! I’ve had bad experiences at this hospital before, but he discharged me pain free and actually listened. All the other doctors wanted to give me unnecessary treatment! Thank you Dr. Nicholas Herga!!!!

My mother was taken to the e.r. They admitted her she was in severe pain. I came down from Athens. They released her and told her she had a pulled muscle. We ended up going to Statesboro. I read the blood test Emanuel gave her and it showed she was infected. They did absolutely nothing. We got to Statesboro 4 days later. She had ruptured gall bladder gangrene, sepsis and pneumonia. If you love someone do not use this hospital unless you're trying to kill them. They should shut them down. Im filing a complaint with state medical board.
