I sent a message through the app a week ago and call to receptionist and still haven't received a response to Dr. Lisa. The lack of communication is concerning, especially when dealing with health issues , no advocacy to patient

Worst Hospital I been to so filthy and they can even put you in a room been here for 5 hours and they have me back and forth. I felt like Dr was bit rude and didn’t believe what I’m feeling so back to the waiting room to wait another 5 hours to see what’s going on . But nurses were super nice to me. You’re better off going to Greater El Monte or the Queen of the Valley Emanate. First and last time here.
