Visited there twice for a tour. The first time, the appointed staff member simply didn’t show up at all—no notification, no apology, nothing. We waited around and had to left to call for another appointment on the following day. The second visit was only marginally better: the guide arrived 20 minutes late and then rushed through the entire tour in just 15 minutes. It felt completely dismissive of our time. The staff came across as unprofessional and disrespectful throughout. On top of that, the inside facilities had an unpleasant odor, and it was obvious they are severely short-staffed.
