This place is THE ABSOLUTE WORST! The staff does not care ! The residence there can’t even watch TV without the roommate changing the channels with their remote. All tv systems are ROKU. The company who owns this place only provides for the bare minimum! Had night nurse walk out and no one knew! They only had excuses! Just please don’t put your loved one there! Food is beyond awful!!

I spent 3 weeks at this facility after I experienced a fall and surgery. The staff is great. PT and OT are great and got me to where I could go home!<br>I absolutely love Vicky in activities! I like that the facility is on the smaller side. The long term residents seem well cared for. Another plus for me was they were a facility that allowed smoking outside. About 5 times a day a staff member would take us outside to smoke.<br>I can’t exactly say I loved being there but everyone made it much easier to handle.<br>If I ever need inpatient rehab again, Elk River in Fayetteville TN will be my first choice!

My mother has only been here since Saturday evening of June 21st but the team here has been phenomenal. Every single person I have met has been so attentive to my mother’s needs and helping us as we start the transition to home hospice. It’s the small things that have a big effect on me, just by them talking to her & being sweet to her means the world. I am thankful for this team as we navigate into a new season of life. This is a team you can truly depend on.

Everyone at Elk River has bent over backwards to make sure that my mother is taken care of in all aspects of her daily life. My brothers and I have been very thankful for there understanding of all patients at the facility and notifying us on any changes to her medication and routine. I blessing to the staff and service members. Thank you very much God Bless.
