Needs a major remodel. Not enough help. If the owner would pay higher wages, he may keep better help. Overpriced for the care they receive. Food isn't great, but at least it's better than it used to be.

My Dad has been there since 11/26 and I spent 5 days there with him last week. Every staff interaction that I saw, with my father and other residents, was appropriate, professional, patient, and caring. While some parts of the building might need updating I'm so glad that my dad is being cared for by attentive, engaged staff members who genuinely seem to care and that treat residents with dignity and respect. They helped me get a POA signed, answered my questions, and treated me well.

Roaches in the kitchen. Residents getting ignored. Management only worried about money. Horrible standards.

Seems like this place has trouble serving decent food. I don't mean it hateful, but the old folks don't have much to look forward to besides the meals. They sit there day in day out with not much to do. Our mom is there and we visit almost everyday, during lunch. We always take extra food just in case. We have seen raw meatloaf and unbaked potatoes, and other stuff, way to much to mention. Its not the staff that takes care of them it's the ones behind the scenes.. if you watch TV, there is a commercial that says how caring they all are,, I think they may be stretching the truth abit. Looks like they need to get people that can cook.

Shout Out To Eldorado Nursing And Rehab Center. I Was In There Yesterday WOW It Is One Of the Nicest Centers For The Elderly That I Have Ever Been In. My Grandmother Is There To Rehab And I Was So Very Impressed. That Place Is Ran Like A Well Oiled Wheel. I Was There About 3 Hours. There Was A Presence In Her Room At Least Every 30 Minutes She Is Checked On And Taken Care Of Very Well. I Dont Know Who Her Nurses Are On The Other Shifts But Becky And Rhonda Thank You Both For Treating My Grandma Like She Is Your Grandma. I Just Knew When I Was On My Way That I Would Find My Grandma In A Room In Bed In A Fetal Position. WOW BOY WAS I WRONG. I Went Into This Beautiful Establishment With Happy Residents That Were Being Loved On Talked To And Taken Care Of By Every Member Of The Staff. I Walked Into My Grandmas Room And She Was Sitting In Beautiful Chair In A Beautiful Room With Her Hair Combed And A Smile On Her Face Waiting For Her Lunch. Her Clarity Of Mind Was Better Than I Had Seen In A Year. She Was Telling Me Funny Stories Of Things That She Had Seen There And How Good They Are To Her. I Admit I Cried A Bit While There But Not Tears Of Sadness But Tears Of Joy That My Precious Grandma At 97 Was Better Than I Had Seen Her In A Year. Thank You To Each And Everyone Of The Staff That Is Involved With My Grandmas Plan Of Care from The Admin To The Nursing Staff To Kitchen Staff To Laundry Staff To The Maintenance to The Rehab Staff Thank You All. It Means So Much To Leave Her Knowing She Is Doing So Good And Is Settled.
