My family retained an aide for our aging mother from Elderberry Home Health Services. The aide became like a family member and, the service, responsiveness, and compassion that Diane Ricca and the rest of the administers showed us were simply incredible. There just are not enough words to describe my family's gratitude.

I am forever grateful to Elderberry Care for the incredible support they gave my dad during one of the hardest times in our lives.<br><br>Joseph, his caregiver, was truly special—so compassionate, attentive, and deeply invested in helping my dad get back to himself. He treated him with such kindness every single day. He really wanted to see my dad get better!<br><br>Jesus, his physical therapist, was amazing. He motivated my dad, pushed him with his safety in mind and helped him regain strength faster than we ever imagined.<br><br>Together, they were the perfect team—led by Diane, who made everything feel manageable from the very beginning. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and quickly put the right people in place when we needed it most.<br><br>After an extended ICU stay from sepsis, my dad was very weak. This team had him taking his first steps within 30 days. We truly couldn’t have done this without them.<br><br>Thank you for giving my dad his strength—and his life back so quickly.

I have used Elderberry Home Health services to help both my father and my father-in-law through their illnesses. First, I reached out when my father was very ill and had to recover in a nursing home. He was unable to eat or take care of himself. We had wonderful caregivers who came to the nursing home to sit with him each day to help him eat breakfast and lunch and keep him company until family could be there with him in the evenings. When my father passed away, the caregivers who regularly helped him where almost as sad as I was!<br>So I knew to call Edlerberry when my father-in-law became very ill. There was quick and clear communication and the team is so caring and responsive. My mother-in-law is also elderly, so we had Tiana come over to help her - she got him up and dressed each morning, made him breakfast and lunch (and cleaned up), and even made the beds and did his laundry. She was a lifesaver and although my father-in-law didn't like most helpers, he loved her! She was so gentle and would rub lotion on his dry hands and feet every day. Although he recently passed away, I will call Elderberry the next time I need any help! Thank you to the entire team!
