We had an unfortunate experience with Reliance Home Care. My Relative was discharged from the hospital on a Saturday onto their palliative services and was seen on Friday - 5 days later. As the Nurse practitioner arrived my loved one was actively passing away. Those last few days of her life she should have had home health aids to help with showers and baths, help change her diaper. She had a drain for her stomach and was in pain. The family took care of her needs but I can’t help but wonder if it’s my fault for telling the family to go on their services when I know of other home care companies. Please pause and consider other agencies
