They don't answer the phone and don't know what pca is doing for clients and I get Left in the dark and I don't know when I will get one and I not happy with it I promise I will have to wait long time to get a no good pca they don't train them just send them, I would give them minus 20 Stars the company needs to get it to get her and not ignore my calls I don't like it at all

I would like to give you zero, this company should. "" no no no"" exist, I have 3 months, waiting for a PCA to be sent to me, when they called, they do not answer, and when they answer you, they tell you, we are looking for debajo de la tierra 🌎🌍

If I could give this company zero stars I would. There is absolutely NO CARING so you should remove that from your name. There's a reason you have 2.1 stars. Waited over a month for an aide to show up only to have to play phone tag for the first meeting. You made me feel overlooked, unimportant and like my care was of no priority whatsoever. I was supposed to receive daily care services according to the care plan you set up and I got NOTHING. *edited to add You guys finally sent out an aide who was truly the worst. I have never felt more uncomfortable with someone. I couldn't tell if they were there to help me or If I had suddenly become a mental health counselor. It's been a week now with no help and I haven't heard from anyone either. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Schedule appointment with nurse or pt then get text showing different time and day. Answer their text that what they show is not what was discussed. Get answer via text they will check and get back with you but they never do. Nurse shows up unannounced. I am not home. Nurse shows 2 hours late. Pt consists of maybe 15 minutes. Personal care assistant stood me up 3 times and no solution. My son took over. I will never use them again due to all the confusion.
