Their nurse ended up pulling central line out of my heart. . Then the nurse left without treating me. It required me to be taken to the hospital. I had to have surgery to replace the line. Management totally refused to do anything to correct the problem. If you care about your family do not use this company.

Elara Home Health has an excellent nursing staff. Savannah is caring and knowledgeable. Amanda (the nursing supervisor) was ver attentive to my concerns and needs. Susan (clinical tech) came to my home and walked me through each step of my treatment. Administering my own IV antibiotics was a scary prospect, but I felt empowered by Elara staff.

These people are frauds. I’d give them 0 stars if possible. My mom had a hemorrhagic stroke & requires weekly nurse visits. We’ve been with Elara for three weeks now and a nurse has only showed up once. They unilaterally schedule appointments with less than 12 hours notice and if their is a conflict they refuse to reschedule. When I asked if they could guarantee they would be out weekly like we are paying them to do I was told, “we guarantee nothing”. These people want to take your money for nothing and feed off the vulnerabilities of the elderly and those that need medical assistance.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. They are rude and the admin team keeps the unprofessional rude workers interacting with clients who have mental and physical disabilities. Don’t go to this location for any service. It is a waste of your time. The whole building needs to be restaffed asap.
