I was a patient at rancho vista and loved and appreciated everything about the place .the staff were very nice and compassionate .they always made me feel like home.Robert and Monica would always come to my room and invite to participate in activities or just to go and have a cup of coffee and socialize with other patients which I needed that extra encouragement and not feel alone or anti social When I first arrived there I would distance myself and not interact with anyone and very quiet .As my time progressed I was more open and very talkative . All the CNA's are friendly and attentive and quick at answering my calls when I needed something .They have special events or lil get togethers from time to time like special dinners and lunchs's.the physical therapy crew where great they were always positive and encouraging. The nurses were always on point regarding meds and blood sugar checks, appointments, and wound care . I wished I could have stayed there longer Ps. All the woman there are beautiful too

This facility is the last place. My father lived, and I have to say that all the ladies and gentlemen here took care of my dad so well they’re all so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have picked a better place to take care of the person that I love so much. My dad‘s name was Elias and he just really cared about everybody. That was there for him. I appreciate everybody here when I was coming back for every weekend from Arizona. I knew my dad was in good hands during the week. Thank you to the whole crew Martha.

Let me start by saying if I can give minus 100 stars I would. I also want to state that the nurses and cna's were all wonderful and treated my Mom very well. The lack of professionalism by the admin is the issue. I was told this was a long term facility and it states it on the website. Some reviews here state their family is long term. That is why I brought my Mom here and two months in, I get told they are looking for a long term facility for her? Empty beds all over so idk. Even the dr that recommended the place was surprised and when he emailed them they did not respond to him. Let me say my Mom is 92 yrs old, has Alzheimer's, renal failure, heart failure, high blood pressure and lung cancer. Was walking with a walker but not much in July when I brought her here and shortly after was immobile. Didn't talk much, didn't ask for anything, never a problem. She was moved to a different room a few times and the tv never worked. She didn't complain but I constantly had to ask maintenance to come get her tv working. I like her tv on for company as she was always alone in bed. She did like the activity room and Robert the director was awesome with all the patients. The food was not gourmet as some reviews say and most of the time it was sandwiches. Again Mom didn't complain. Well, before they could find another place, Mom was hospitalized. She had pneumonia, a uti and a giant bed sore. Hmmm, maybe they were not taking as good care as I thought. I didn't take her back but I found a much better place. Closer, cleaner, brighter and the entire staff is professional and respectful. Whatever you do, don't bring your loved ones here. I regret it immensely. Carmen and Karina would not even take or return my calls and discharged her without even knowing if she was going back. Receptionist told me her clothes were boxed yet when my brother went for them he had to wait for someone to go box them? Ugh just a frustrating experience all together. This is just a portion of how bad we were treated and don't want anyone to go thru what we did🙁 Update: Mom received her angel wings on Oct 16th. So glad it was not at this facility. Again I strongly urge anyone to stay away from this horrible place 🙁

My grandpa stayed here for 4 weeks and he had a great experience. The place is very clean. We've came in at all of hours and it was always presentable. The staff were very nice and he was well taken care of. He liked the food and the activities department was his favorite place. If he or anyone in my family needs to stay in a nursing home again, we're definitely coming here.

My grandpa suffered a stroke in July 2024, and he has been at El Rancho Vista Nursing Home ever since. The care and attention he has received have been a huge comfort to our family during this difficult time. The staff is compassionate and attentive, always ensuring that my grandpa is well taken care of. A special mention goes to Diondra, their marketer, who has been an incredible support. She took the time to explain everything to us clearly and made sure we understood all of our options. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out, and it’s clear that she cares about the families she works with. While it's never easy having a loved one in a nursing home, knowing that he is in good hands here at El Rancho Vista has been a relief. Thank you to the entire team for all that you do!
