My mom was placed at this facility for 5 weeks, towards the end of her life , and she got nothing but exemplary support and care from everyone. I was around almost every other day and the facility was always super clean and I saw a lot of activities going on for the residents that lived there. I live in San Diego and this place was a life saver for our family.

I was a patient for 7 weeks recovering and rehabbing from a below the knee amputation. As this was my first experience with a Skilled Nursing facility, I was apprehensive at first. I arrived with an open mind and was amazed with the level of care I received. Almost every staff member makes you feel how much they care about the residents. My physical and occupational therapists (Wednesday and Steven) were amazing. The nursing staff that I dealt with, Marie, Stone, David, Veronica, Austin and others whose names escape me helped me to recover swiftly. The CNA's at the facility Marissa, Lawanda, and all the rest who were always there to help deserve nothing but gratitude and thanks. And lastly my most appreciation and thanks go to Alma and Noelia, but for their care I can guarantee I would not have recovered as quickly as I did. I would have no reservations recommending this facility to anyone needing rehabilitation care.

My Father in law was placed here for rehabilitation due to muscle waste. The CNA was nasty and rude, she should not be working with vulnerable people. I bought it to the attention of the Nurse.

We're impressed by how much the team cares about their patients and how well they are treated and how great their environment is. My dad was in the process of slowly recovering from a neurological condition that was causing him unable to function properly on his own and was needing a lot of attention to his physical condition and the way they were able to manage his health was amazing. They also showed great compassion towards him and always gave him some encouragement and support. They kept him clean and happy also gave him medication on time and schedule his appointments for him and keep the family informed about him. They are truly the best and angels for our blessed family!

Can't say enough good things about El Encanto. My sister has been here for 7 months and loves it. She is really into Christmas and El Encanto had beautiful decorations everywhere. They even had a Santa bring each resident a present. They also participated in decorated the tree. This is the ONLY place my sister has been happy with, so I gladly make the longer drive to visit her. It is so worth it to see her happy.
