The staff is wonderful, very polite.<br>They’re taking good care of Aunt Hazel.<br>This is a wonderful place.
Four The Hard Way

Sadly, this is the type of place more worried about being petty and nasty to one another rather than patient care. This facility should at the very least be renovated. Roaches everywhere INCLUDING in patient rooms just hanging around their belongings. Outdated and downright disgusting. Nurses sit down all day on their phone and don’t assist CNAs with patient care when absolutely necessary. I have had the pleasure of working with ONE nurse who went above and beyond for her patients. I believe her name is Jennifer. Other than that.. ridiculous. Nothing but agency staff walking around doing what they want. Admin picks and chooses their favorites based off of familiarity and NOT work ethic. Meal times on weekend are whenever the kitchen feels like it. And don’t get me started on the lazy, mismatched meals they make just to say they fed the residents. Not sure what the cleaning crew is doing all day because it’s definitely not cleaning. Residents have access to and possess illicit drugs inside this facility, which I have witnessed myself. Just a lot of foolishness and not much care going on.

When I ring the bell someone always comes. When I need water they always bring it. If I need coffee they always bring it. Food is good. Therapy is good. I would recommend this place.
