I had 70 hours of service every week. They couldn’t get an aide to work on Sunday. Every Sunday the aide will call out of takeoff. They had nobody to cover my shift. Why not not getting services for the whole Sunday for a whole month? Communication is bad with coordinator. They don’t talk to that workers . Workers Who are Haiti Don’t understand English well can’t go on errands and get what you need. Don’t communicate well with the office asked the office to translate for them. So they are short of worker, because they are trying to run 2 companies at the same time. It seems that they don’t care about their company . I had to leave them . Who doesn’t have cover for the weekend for their clients.

If I could give less than one star I would have. I've had to call their office to report no show aides, aides sleeping on the job, aides threatening my mother and aides that were flat out careless with my property and breaking things almost daily. If you care about your loved ones STAY FAR AWAY.

I have to agree with the negative posts out there. Our coordinator was William and he never called us back after leaving numerous messages. Right now, I’m trying to get the one week advance credited to the credit card and they just keep passing me from one person to another. We had to cancel services because it wasn’t worth it for the money we were paying privately. There are a lot of better agencies out there that I’ve worked with and much better home attendants.I would never ever recommend this agency to anyone.

I'M SO FED UP WITH EDISON. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO NOBODY. NOT FOR WORKERS, NOT FOR FAMILY MEMBERS WHO NEED HELP MY CASE. COORDINATOR EMMANUEL NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. I LEFT MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS. HE NEVER CALLS BACK. ALSO, DAVID BUTLER OFFERED A CERTAIN PAY. RATE TO MY CAREGIVER. SHE NEVER GOT WHEN I SAY THIS IS THE WORST AGENCY OUT THERE. THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY THEY END BUSINESS TO BEGIN WITH. IT'S SO RIDICULOUS THAT EVERY TIME YOU CALL, YOU GET NO ONE TO TALK TO. AND WHEN YOU DO GET SOMEBODY TO TALK TO BIXBY AINT GONNA CALL YOU BACK? AND THEY NEVER DO ALSO, EMMANUEL, IS THE WORST PERSON TO EVER TALK TO, BECAUSE HE NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. THE ONLY TIME THEY PICK UP THE PHONE IS WHEN YOU'RE SWITCHING AND LEAVING THEM. DO YOU HEAR FROM THEM? THEY BEG YOU TO STAY, BUT YET THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THESE PEOPLE ARE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. BUT YET THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY, TO MAKE MATTERS EVEN WORSE. THEY NEVER CALLED TO CHECK-UP ON THE PATIENT TO SEE IF EVERYTHING IS OKAY. I REMEMBER BEING IN THE HOSPITAL. THEY BLEWED UP MY PHONE I COULD NOT GET NO REST THEY KEPT CALLING ME EVERY 30 MINUTES TO THE POINT. EVEN MY DOCTORS WAS MAD. I'LL COME OUT THE HOSPITAL. THEY KEPT CALLING ME CALLING ME CALLING. AND THEY STRESS ME OUT. I WENT BACK INTO THE HOSPITAL AND IT'S LIKE AT THIS POINT AND WHERE I AM WITH THIS COMPANY. I CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE THEM. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NOBODY. DON'T GO INTO BUSINESS WITH THEM. DON'T BE A WORKER, DON'T EVEN BE A PATIENT, THEY BUILD YOUR INSURANCE AND YOU NEVER GET WHAT YOU NEED FROM THEM. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NOBODY.🤬😡🗣💯‼️

Edison home health care agency coordinator Emmanuel send me on a job the patient didn't let in on the first day the coordinator call still the patient didn't answer so Emmanuel said I must go home he will pay me for travel time and they sent me back again to the patient because Rita said the patient was not home I went to work the patient daughter let me in so I work that day the next day the daughter when to work when I reach the patient let me in right at the door I clock in as me doing so the patient on her phone with the coordinator telling him she going out to doctor and she don't want me come her nephew taking her. Emmanuel tell the patient he will call me he never did ,I try calling him he didn't answer the telling me she have something to do upstairs me must leave so she can lock her door I have no choice but step outside I call Emmanuel still no answer so I speak to Rita she told me to go home she will send email to coordinator ok I sent Emmanuel a text message on my way he called me and discussed what happened he said he will pay me travel time pay that 2 days until now he doesn't pay me. I still need that money or am going to sue why don't treat a person like that. And what so bad I don't work for months. My last word respect dew to all of us you will hear from me again.
