The staff here is out of this world with their amount of care and attention they give to my dad. In previous years my father-in- law stayed here, so when we looked for a facility for my father there was pretty much only one assisted living facility for him. We are now in the process of moving my mother here with my dad in an apartment. Words cannot express the feelings that I have for Carmen the executive director and the whole staff. Five stars is way short of the care and attention, it should be many, many more. Thank you Carmen and staff

The entire staff at PC have been great! I knew the first time I met Carmen, she cared about her residents and their families. She listened and was supportive of my mom and me. The staff have answered all our questions and always have a smile on their face. They greet each resident by name and seem to genuinely like what they are doing! The activities have been helpful for my mom and I look forward to seeing my mom get more involved at Prairie Crossings. Thank you all for what you do!

I cannot say enough about the wonderful care my family has experienced here. My aunt lived at this facility until her recent passing, and throughout her time here she was treated with kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and valued, and they supported our family during her final days in such a heartfelt way. My mother is currently a resident, and I have complete peace of mind knowing she is in such capable and caring hands. The staff are not only professional, but they truly care about the residents as if they were their own family. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and filled with warmth. I am deeply grateful for the love, respect, and attention they show every day. This is so much more than just a place to live—it’s a community that truly feels like home. Thank you!

I recently moved my uncle to Edgewood Prairie Crossings in Sioux Falls. The staff at this facility is top notch starting at the top with management! They care about their residents, staff, family members, etc. Their facility is clean and well taken care of! I’ve been in lots of facilities, and this one is by far the cleanest! Residents are well taken care of, and the staff has open communication with the family! I greatly appreciate Edgewood!

My father lived at Edgewood for just under 5 years before he had to move to memory care. Dad was well taken care of and happy living there. The staff are friendly and helpful and the director is very personable and accessible which we really appreciated. They have an amazing front desk staff person who was so very helpful and friendly. She helped us figure out Dad's phone frequently. The activity director is creative in coming up with different interactive things for the residents to engage in and is very motivating to get the residents to those activities. His love for the residents really shone through. Our family is very grateful for Dad's safe and meaningful time there
